Parent & Guest Contract

of the ______________________, do here by promise to be a model spectator(s) at games in which
my/our son/daughter is a participant of other games where they are present with menus, and I/We will
control any guest the I/We bring with me/Us.

a.) Encourage fair play
b.) Cheer in a positive manner for all players
c.) Not loudly criticize the opponents of my/our kids
d.) Not embarass my own kid(s) with my own behavior
e.) Let the coach do the coaching
f.) Show respect for the game officials by not openly or otherwise criticize them that would undermine their authority in the eyes of my/our kids
g.) Display good sportsmanship
